We are just a week and half away from AAD Conference. I’m so excited to be attending as an author this year and introduce my debut novel , Soul Reborn from Crescent Moon Press.

What makes SOUL REBORN different from the usual paranormal romance? It is based on Egyptian Mythos in present day. Who doesn’t love a hot soulless underworld god, an undead army and a malevolent goddess that just won’t die?

In come the Carrigan sisters, Lilly, Kit and Kendra. Lilly is the Commander of the Nehebkau huntresses and is humanities last defense against the goddesses’ revens. What are revens you ask? Revens are cursed humans created when the goddess was released from her tomb. They crave the blood and flesh of their previous form. Asar, the god of the underworld, knows the goddess all too well, as she cut his soul from his chest leaving him with an empty shell of hatred and the all consuming desire for revenge. Asar has no problem using Lilly to get what he wants, but his desire for her is a serious distraction from his pursuit of vengeance.

I welcome you to delve in the dark and mysterious realm of the Egyptian underworld. These gods are benevolent, but by no means saints. The Carrigan sisters have awakened their most primal desires and are the key to their salvation. The fate of the world hangs in the balance. Failure is not an option.

New releases and fun for AAD!

Eliza wasn't kidding! Can we get any busier now that Spring has, well... sprung? Seems I finish one story, to have to dive right into another one, while between I'm revising, rewriting, and editing stuff.

One of the lastest finishes was BELLONA'S WAR RIBBON. This will be available at AAD as one of the Love's Immortal:Pantheon series collections this year. Woot!! This will release April 15th on ARe, so watch for it.

And let's not forget the Aiza Clan... Brooke will be in print for AAD.

Brooke Aiza has returned home after staying with her Aunt Jerry for more than a year to learn she's an aunt herself by her brother, and her sister is married! Overwhelmed by the changes taking place with her siblings, she begins to feel more than a familial affection for her new brother-in-law, and sees no escape except to put distance between them until she leaves for her parent's home.

Mitch isn't interested in any woman, content with his life. Mostly. Even his brother senses a restlessness building within him, but for what? Then when Mitch suffers a major accident, he and Brooke are all but confined to the same house, and he is left trying to remember why he didn't want anything to do with women. AAD countdown! Who is excited!?

Ok. So we are literally DAYS from the event, and I'm a nervous wreck. I'm hoping the readers are going to have a good time, and if they don't it wont be from lack of trying. The amount of amazing promo that has been sent, as well as free books (especially from the amazing DORCHESTER) these readers are going him laden with amazing goodies! Coolers, t shirts, pocket mirrors, pens, candles, and books not only from Dorchester, but from Tease Publishing, Changeling Press, Linden Bay Romance and Kensington!

Audra will be here soon, and I'm excited to say shes doing well. Those of you going will get to meet her (like some of you did at RT 07) and She cant wait to meet everyone! Just a quick note: Audra and I look nothing alike except our nose. Hell my brother and I don't look much alike either. Actually I look more like my mothers sister then anyone.LOL.

So on the 15th we are having a free for all radio show for about an hour and a half, where the authors will be calling in, and hanging out in our chat room. So I am on my way to AlbaCon tonight, Here's hoping Friday rocks this year. Im doing my promotional workshop, and a few panels and signing, so it should be fun. For those going, I will be signing Fire in His Eyes, Masquerade and London for the Holidays, and some of our older works.

Getting Ready to Party!

October 21-23 in Suffern NY is the First Annual Authors After Dark Paranormal Weekend and some Samhain/Linden Bay authors are going to be there! It is an incredible list who will be attending, some I haven't met before, and can't wait to do so.

Did you know with three months to go, we're already knee deep in preparations? Oh yes, maybe even waist deep, but we are so excited about it all, we decided to go into the Samhain Cafe and drop some hings of what's going on.

So, come on over tomorrow, Thursday, August 6th, from 4-9:00pm est, and play. The hostesses with the mostest have given us permission to take over the Cafe and we intend to spread so fun.

Hang on, I keep saying "we" - who are the "we" that will getting ready to party in October?
