So much good news

I don't know where to start!

All kinds of good wolfie stuff going on. Unbound Trust and Trust Revealed should both be available for AAD in September! Woot! Except, I'm almost sad now that the series will be done. Trust Revealed (Morgan's story) is the culmination of the quadruplets and their meeting with Fate, and the challenges a little love can bring to their lives. But what a wonderful ride it has been! I feel very lucky and honored to have been able to share these stories with you.

And more to come! Trust Revealed will soon have cover goodness to share too! Nothing like seeing that cover for the first time. One of the few times I think I get all squishy inside.

Along with this series, I'll also have a novella in the next Love's Immortal:Pantheon collection! Bellona's War Ribbon was recently accepted to have a place in this wonderful collection of authors and their stories.

A persistent obsession with a goddess could jeopardize one man's sanity, or could give him eternal love.

An Ancient Civilizations Professor has hungered for one woman for over twenty years. The only problem--she
hasn't existed in millenia. When he is swept from modern times to the birth of the Roman Empire, he thinks his
sanity has finally snapped.

All he wants is to have one chance to love her.

If he can win the heart of the Goddess of War, he might find more than any obsession could ever promise.

If you're collecting this series of anthologies, you don't want to miss this one! It's lining up to be another great collection of authors.

And that's just two of the books I'll have available for AAD in September! I'm not sure, because I haven't gotten the schedule, but there's a chance I will have the next Shadowed Souls Vampire Book with me as a new release!

So until next month, and a new update on what's coming and what's happening... Happy Reading!!

Sexy Shifter Time!

It's the dead of winter and we're all tired of the cold weather outside. Even in the South where I am we've had more snow than we've had in many years and the cold days keep on coming.

Thankfully us readers have our books to warm us up even on the coldest nights and I'm so excited that this month I am celebrating the release of Lucas, the first book in my Black Cougar trilogy.

Here's the blurb:

Kira MacDonald is in trouble. Plagued by false visions and erotic dreams of a man she’s never met, she fears losing both her psychic powers and her sanity. The cure? Finding and bonding with her mate. The stubborn red-haired warrior might not want one, but fate has other plans, plans that include her rescuing Lucas Gunn.

As the Guardian of his shape-shifting clan, Lucas Gunn lived a quiet, solitary life. Until he was kidnapped, examined, and tortured. Now imprisoned, his only tie to the outside world is the memory of his dreams and the passionate woman who appears nightly in them. He thought she was nothing more than a vision. Then she came for him.

An uneasy alliance, a mating call that won’t be denied, rituals that must be honored, and unrelenting enemies who will stop at nothing to get what they want. It all comes together in the first of Eliza Gayle’s sensational Black Cougar Series. Passion and Pride. Duty and Danger. In the end, there’s really only one choice…for Lucas.

The Black Raven Reviews had this to say. "Lucas: A Black Cougar Novel is gripping; adventure packed, and will have you on the edge of your seat from page one…”

For an excerpt you can go to the book page of my website here. There are more reviews and excerpt and even a behind the book feature at the end of the excerpt.

Lucas is currently available in eBook and will be available in print early March. You can purchase Lucas at all your favorite etailers. Amazon, All Romance eBooks, Fictionwise and more.

And just because I love to tease. For those of you who may have already picked up Lucas, I leave you with the brand new cover for Kane, the second book in the trilogy and available at the end of April.

Have a good one!

Hard Times & Good Reviews

My turn to blog again... Lately things have been rough for me. I'm writing on deadline and am way behind because of some challenging personal issues I've been facing. As some of you know, my beloved mother died about a month and a half ago. the wound is still raw and I doubt it will ever heal completely. Until it happened to me, I never really understood what grief was all about. I wish I was still so naive.

I'm working on catching up with my writing schedule but it's slow going. The good news is that my new military paranormal zombie romance series has been getting great reviews and seems to be doing well. That's a huge relief to me. I really wasn't sure if romance readers could get past the whole decomposing zombie thing to enjoy the romance part. ;-)

RT Book Reviews Magazine said about HALF PAST DEAD: "These zombie stories stand out in a genre dominated by vampires....D'Arc delivers a creepy and pulse-pounding story of danger."

And they had this to say about ONCE BITTEN, TWICE DEAD: "D'Arc deftly blends horror, romance and action for a thrilling, sexy tale."

ONCE BITTEN, TWICE DEAD comes out officially on March 1st, but it looks like it'll beging shipping from Amazon on February 23rd. :)

I've been really fortunate with some great reviews of late, including this last one from RT about my latest print compilation, BROTHERHOOD OF BLOOD: "These vampire tales can stand alone, yet cleverly intertwine the lives of the characters...Each one entertains with drama, tender romance and erotic sex scenes."

I have a lot of print titles coming out this year and little energy to keep up with all the promotion I should probably be doing, unfortunately. With any luck, things will start to settle down soon. I have a feeling my depression and new appreciation for the realities of suffering will be affecting my writing. It'll be interesting to see how I might grow as a writer as a result of this devestating experience.

It's one of the few potentially good things that might come out of this experience. I've been trying to find the silver lining to all of this and it's really, really hard. Meanwhile, I just keep trying to live one day at a time. Thanks to all of you who've taken time to write to me. Your support through this awful time means more than I can say.

Blogging with Heart around the Web

So today is my day to blog at AAD. Outside the ground is white, but this month I'm seeing red. That's because this month I'm hosting a number of authors associated with the All Romance 28 Days of Heart campaign - 28 hot stories - one a day - each supporting the American Heart Association. My DoH story, GPS, will release on the 21st, but you can pre-order it now. To read more about how these stories came to be written, check out my blog Me Want Food this month to hear from your favorite authors.

Also, don't forget I have a free Valentine short, Daring Hearts, which you can pick up at ARe while you're shopping for all those DoH stories. This short short is part of my Dareville series, and was released with a number of free V-day shorts by other Phaze Books authors. You can collect them all from our Phaze Flare page.

What's next for me? Right now I'm finishing up a short novel, Boone, which is a sort of historical fantasy that should be ready to roll in March, and I have a longer Dareville work - all M/M called Dare and Dare Alike. This story involves a case of mistaken identity, with hot results.

Still trying to figure out a nice promo item for AAD, too. I have an idea, just need the money for it. LOL

Double Punch by Tilly Greene is OUT!

Mount Olympus is buzzing with activity - the challenge for immortality is on!

Castor and Pollux, universally known as the twins who aren’t really twins, have been existing amongst the stars as the Gemini constellation for years. Without any warning, Zeus pulls them from the sky, and offers both men a second chance at immortality. The challenge is simple: they have one year on Earth to find their true mates. Every type of woman crosses their paths and while they make up for lost time when it comes to seeking sexual gratification, none of their partners complete them. None, that is, until they meet the stunning woman who they both claim.

Anissa George knows how lucky she was to be adopted as a child from a Bhutanese orphanage. Her family heaped love and an understanding that there was nothing wrong with being different, while living life to the fullest. To do that, she puts an educational computer game concept together, and the company she wants to produce the game, took on her project. Once she settled the work issue, it was time to pay attention to her non-existent love life. Before she can look for a date, two men who fit her perfectly are there, asking her to choose one. Impossible.

WARNING: The fire starts with one on one loving and then the flames rage out of control when they become three.
